By accessing or using censgo.org or app.censgo.org you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Accounts are free to create. You’re responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Some roles (Affiliate, License Holder) require additional verification and execution of a separate written agreement.
You may use the services only for lawful purposes consistent with the operation of Christian and Catholic SGO programs. You may not: scrape, reverse-engineer, resell access, attempt to interfere with security, or use the services to harass or defraud others.
Donations made through the platform are processed by Stripe. Receipts are issued automatically. CEN is not a tax advisor — consult a qualified professional before claiming credits.
The CEN SGO platform, brand, and content are owned by CEN SGO or its licensors. You retain ownership of data you submit; you grant us a license to use it solely to provide the services.
The services are provided “as is” without warranties. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months (or, if free, USD 100).
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Franklin County, Ohio.
