CEN SGO is committed to making our digital products accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.1 AA conformance across the website and the SGO Tool.
Semantic HTML, accessible labels and roles, keyboard navigation, sufficient color contrast, alternative text on meaningful images, support for screen readers, and respect for the user’s reduced-motion preference.
We test with VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, and axe-core in CI. We re-audit quarterly and after any major release.
If you need a specific accommodation — alternative formats, captioned video, translated content, or anything else — please contact us at accessibility@censgo.org. We’ll respond within two business days.
Some third-party embeds (Calendly, podcast players) may not fully meet AA. We’re working with vendors to improve, and we provide alternative paths (email scheduling, transcript downloads) where possible.
